Creative design details for that WOW factor
- As trained designers, we offer help on design details, to ensure that wow factor. We can craft the resin into patterns and shapes, such as:
- the number of your house
- a motif or logo
- coloured borders for kerbs, lawn edges and steps.
Which colour and finish?
- natural gravels - evoke country charm and rustic warmth
- flints and shingles - for a modern or minimalist look
- colour finishes - for contrasting shapes and borders
- rounded pebbles - for indoor areas where you'll go barefoot
-
crushed granite - for steep driveways where you need good grip
-
When our advisor visits your home, they will bring with them large sample boards. So you can try out different samples to see which looks best against the area you want to resurface.
Our advisor can also tell you the base you’ll need, and if required, give you a quote for installing an appropriate foundation.
Visit our gallery for photographs of driveways, court-yards, paths and patios surfaced in a resin-bound finish.
Great places for a natural stone surface
- Outside your home for driveways, court-yards, patios, garden paths, swimming pools and hot-tubs surrounds.
- Floors inside your home A fresh smooth stone finish looks great in kitchen, bathroom and conservatory.
What is an aggregate?
- Decorative Aggregates are a mix of small stone parts combined into a single group to create a texture, colour and shade choice for your home or garden. Aggregates can be made up of gravels, shingles, crushed granite and pebbles all naturally sourced. Decorative aggregates can also be made up of marble and glass.
- There are three aggregate sizes:
- Fine grain, smooth stone 1-3 mm diameter aggregate - for kitchens, bathrooms or conservatory floors, and for swimming pools and hot-tubs surrounds.
- Medium grain 3-5 mm diameter aggregate - for driveways, court-yards, patios and garden paths.
- Coarse grain 10 mm diameter aggregate - great for tree-pits, because it lets more rain through to thirsty roots
